Freaks in color!

My Freak Brothers Omnibus arrived, fresh from the printing presses, and I was happy to discover that not only IS it more than 600 pages... it's partly in color too. looks good. The printing of some of the early strips could have been slightly better, but I'm not complaining. This is a bargain.

I just ordered this - it's released this week. The complete Freak Brothers omnibus, 624 pages. It's ridiculously cheap as import in Europe because of the messy US economy. Somewhat less cheap in the US, at $35, but probably still cost effective considering the number of pages.

I read a few freak brothers books as a kid, but I don't think I quite understood them. I wonder if I'll like them now, or if I'm more of a Crumb man.
