More Mezieres art...

I'll post a few full Valerian pages, I found a few on the official Mezieres page... I'll post it just because this seminal stuff deserves to be better known in the English speaking part of the world. Hopefully Cinebook or some other publisher will get round to give this series a proper English re-release.

These pages are from books done between 1971 and 1977. There aren't necessarily a lot of obvious Star Wars similarities here, but it just looks so good, so I'll post it anyway... although the spaceship hyperspace jump again brings the Millenium Falcon to mind, and there are shades of Tatooine and the asteroids in "The Empire Strikes Back".
